Role Summary

The Corporate Communication Specialist will serve as a key liaison between AlProtein and its investors, stakeholders, and accounts. In this role, you’ll oversee investor relations, account management, and internal communication strategies to ensure seamless, professional, and impactful engagement. This position demands a highly organized individual with exceptional writing skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

As this role mirrors many aspects of a “Founder’s Associate,” you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute strategically to high-level projects, offering direct support to AlProtein’s leadership.

Key Responsibilities

As a Corporate Communication Specialist, you will be assigned to a wide range of responsibilities, which include:

1. Investor Relations & Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for investors and stakeholders, managing inquiries and building long-term relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful investor updates, reports, and presentations on key developments.
  • Organize investor meetings, conferences, and other engagements, ensuring professional representation of AlProtein.

2. Account Management

  • Understand and create technical documents and datasheets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of stakeholder requests and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of communications, agreements, and account activities.
  • Develop strategies to optimize account management practices and ensure client satisfaction.

3. Content Creation & Strategic Communication

  • Craft high-quality communication materials, including press releases, investor letters, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align messaging with AlProtein’s strategic vision and goals.
  • Assist in creating promotional content, including pitch decks and reports for fundraising efforts or industry partnerships.

4. Administrative Excellence

  • Leverage Microsoft Office Suite tools to maintain highly organized records, presentations, and reporting systems.
  • Develop streamlined systems to track progress, deliverables, and communication tasks efficiently.
  • Support the leadership team with ad hoc research, scheduling, and operational projects.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in corporate communications, account management, or investor relations (startup experience preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with investor relations tools, project management software, or CRM systems.
